We are a not-for-profit, volunteer-run organisation and are not staffed full-time. AQuA’s schedule of fees is for cost recovery in line with the fees recommended by the Australian Interlibrary Resource Sharing (ILRS) Code.
Discounts apply for members, students and not-for-profit organisations.
All fees are in Australian dollars and include GST.
Collection access
We do not charge for access to our Reading Room and collection materials held on-site.
Low-use items are held off-site in managed storage. Accessing these items requires at least 48 hours notice. AQuA charges fees to recover the retrieval costs associated with accessing these materials. We will notify you if items that you request are held off-site.

- Additional box: $5.00
Reproduction fees
Payment for reproduction prints or files does not include a licence to republish images. Republishing requires approval and a letter of agreement with AQuA outlining usage.
Our Standard service turnaround time is four business days. Our Priority service is dependent on staff availabilty. Contact us to find out more.
