This t-shirt was designed by the inaugural Sydney Gay Mardi Gras Artistic Director Peter Tully. The Archives also holds the t-shirt artwork by Tully, within a small collection of his papers, as well as multiple versions of the t-shirt, including one that was worn by Archives’ Patron Dennis Altman, who modified the sleeves by cutting them shorter.
