This marriage equality letterbox was designed by Sydney artist Mickie Quick as a fundraiser for Camp Out, a kid’s camp for LGBTIQ+ teenagers, and purchased by arts producers Fiona Winning and Harley Stumm to express their support for LGBTIQ+ friends and marriage equality. Within days of putting the letterbox up it had been vandalised multiple times. Fiona subsequently penned notes for their front fence for the vandals.
