Description

Bi+ Community Perth is a social group for ‘people who are not straight or gay’, based primarily online they also run in-person events, including events for Bi Visibility Day (23/9) and the WA Pride Parade (November). These stickers highlight the ongoing issue of invisibility of bisexuals within the LGBTIQ+ community, with their tongue in cheek reference to bisexuals being the ‘real unicorn’. The Archives holds a small ephemera collection for Bi+ Community Perth, as well as a T-shirt, donated by Misty Farquar on behalf of Bisexual+ Community Perth in 2019.
