This exhibition features posters, banners and placards from across the decades that have focused on campaigns of social and political change for the Queer communities. From the early days of Gay Liberation to Law Reform, the AIDS crisis and response, Marriage Equality and Trans visibility/rights.
Printed Protest showcases the creativity and determination of the LGBTIQ+ communities through the imagery, messaging and artwork that pushed for change.
Co-presented by the Australian Queer Archives and Victorian Pride Centre.
